Kove successfully transformed the communal spaces of a senior living facility in Fort Washington, MD, through a comprehensive renovation.

Collaborating closely with the client and designer in the pre-construction phase, we prioritized value engineering without sacrificing the ultimate quality of the project. This extensive renovation encompassed almost 30,000 square feet, featuring redesigned hallways, a custom millwork-adorned library, a modernized theater room, and a spacious terrace. The carefully chosen finishes, including warm wallpaper and tile selections, were thoughtfully curated to provide a comforting and aesthetically pleasing environment for the residents.

An established Baltimore nursing home, Caton Manor has served hundreds of seniors to date.

Kove completed a full exterior renovation that ensured structural integrity, while giving the facade an attractive, neutral-toned facelift. Inside, we modernized the common and patient areas, incorporating clean lines and a light palette, as well as vibrant color accents to lighten the mood. Today, residents enjoy an expansive, comfortable space designed for long-lasting durability.

Dialysis Center - Davita Baltimore, MD

Kove constructed an all-new local dialysis center, in compliance with both Davita requirements and Baltimore City regulations. To ensure a soothing environment for patients in a highly vulnerable state, we built an open, handicap-accessible treatment area designed for maximum comfort. Treatment rooms were equipped with improved lighting and upgraded electricity, to account for energy requirements of dialyzers. Minimalist design, soft colors, and handsome finishes lend a luxurious feel to the space, reducing the stress load on both patients and staff.

Redwood Exchange Baltimore, MD

Kove revitalized and modernized this historic landmark building, transforming it into a highly desirable multi-tenant office and retail space. With custom tenant buildouts, updated plumbing & electrical, and beautiful flooring & tiles, the new building now boasts multiple retail businesses on the ground floor and attractive office space on higher floors. At the entrance, we added an all-new outdoor seating wing to the legendary Werner’s Diner. The striking facelift — and resultant higher occupancy — have caught the eye of the press, with multiple write-ups on the building’s success.
