Kove Group mark

Kove Group is a full-service construction firm based in Baltimore. Its specialty is hard renovation work: old buildings, occupied buildings, and buildings that need to become something new. Kove takes a job from the first plan through design, build, and the last coat of finish, with one team the whole way.

Owners hire Kove Group because it moves fast, builds to last, and runs a clean job. The founders stay close to every project, so clients deal with the same people from the first call to the final walkthrough.

Healthcare

Skilled nursing, senior living, and outpatient clinics, built to code and to the operator's license, often while the facility stays open.

Multifamily

Whole-building renovations, common areas and amenities, unit turns, and hotel-to-apartment conversions, value-engineered to stay on budget.

Office & commercial

Tenant build-outs, core and shell work, and historic restoration for long-term leases. Customized, structurally sound spaces built to last.

Reliable timelines

We create detailed project timelines that we can realistically uphold, so you can plan around the work.

Fast mobilization

Some projects cannot wait. We can begin active construction as quickly as two to three weeks from the initial meeting.

Precise quotes

A quote should mean something. We work hard to avoid surprises with an itemized quote that takes into account all project costs.

Regular communication

You should know how your project is progressing. We answer questions promptly and send weekly or daily updates, depending on your preference.

Ongoing flexibility

Construction requires the ability to adjust in real time. We work with you to make changes as needed throughout the project.

An established network

We use our relationships with subcontractors and suppliers to secure cost-effective deals and keep projects on budget.
